I’m Sophie Turner, and I play Sansa Stark. Sansa has a very independent view of the world; she’s very unaware of what happens. She’s the sort of girl that believes in princes, and when her prince is going to come and take her on the horse and ride away into the moonlight. Her parents are already planning for her to get married to Joffrey. Sansa’s already attracted to him, immediately, the first time she sees him. He’s just so attractive that she just falls madly in love with him. Not only is it a period drama but it’s also a fantasy, and I find that really fascinating because this never happens in this world.
